MSP Touch Screen Control System
The machine is equipped with an advanced MSP touch screen HMI for intuitive operation. It allows easy and accurate adjustment of pressure, stroke, and other working parameters, supports program storage and quick recall, and ensures stable, intelligent control for consistent high-quality riveting.
Four-Station Turret
The Four-Station Turret Insertion System securely clamps insertion tools with real-time position feedback to eliminate “missing fastener” errors, supports dedicated tooling for nuts, studs and standoffs, enables fast, tool-free changeover without recalibration to reduce setup time and improve productivity, and provides stable, accurate and flexible performance for various sheet metal fastener insertion applications.

Automatic Bottom Feed Tooling
Automatic Bottom Feed Tooling is an efficient optional accessory for CW-618plus, which automatically feeds nuts/studs/standoffs to the insertion position with precise alignment, reduces manual handling and misfeeds, syncs with MSP touch screen control, and improves throughput for high-volume fabrication, pairing well with the 4-Station Turret Insertion System.

Under normal 8-hour daily operation, we recommend replacing hydraulic oil and filter elements every 6 months, and inspecting/replacing punches and dies based on wear (usually every 8-12 months for mass production). All wearing parts are available in our standard spare parts list, with short lead times and affordable pricing.
What is the warranty policy?
