Introduce
1. Suitable for carbon steel plate riveting of nuts of M10 and below, nut columns of M8 and below, and screws of M6 and below; it can realize flange extraction, convex hull forming, rivet-free connection, self-piercing riveting, and other processes.
2. Reserve output and input points to facilitate later function upgrades; no need to replace the electric control board, re-enter the program.
3. Meet more than 95% of the plate riveting needs.
4. Strong avoidance space makes it easier to unload bent products.
5. According to the product height, the rising position can be reasonably adjusted to save riveting time.
6. The dedicated pressure test adjustment button can find the appropriate riveting pressure within 10 seconds, and the equipment load accuracy is ±1%.
7. The servo-electric system saves more than 70% energy than the hydraulic system; compared with the pneumatic solution, it can save up to 90% of the cost.

After reaching the set number, it automatically returns to zero and starts counting again. At the same time, the buzzer alarm prompts to prevent missing rivets.
