Automatic Bottom Feed Tooling is an efficient optional accessory for CW-618plus, which automatically feeds nuts/studs/standoffs to the insertion position with precise alignment, reduces manual handling and misfeeds, syncs with MSP touch screen control, and improves throughput for high-volume fabrication, pairing well with the 4-Station Turret Insertion System.

    The standard single full-stroke riveting cycle is completed within 3 seconds under conventional working conditions. For stable batch production, it can achieve 800-1200 riveting operations per hour, with actual output varying by fastener type, workpiece complexity and operator proficiency

    We offer a full range of customizable upgrades.   • What are the wearing parts, and what is the recommended replacement cycle?

    The main wearing parts are riveting punches, dies, hydraulic oil seals and filter elements. Under normal 8-hour daily operation, we recommend replacing hydraulic oil and filter elements every 6 months, and inspecting/replacing punches and dies based on wear (usually every 8-12 months for mass production). All wearing parts are available in our standard spare parts list, with short lead times and affordable pricing.

  • What is the warranty policy?

    We offer a 12-month global whole-machine warranty, 24-month warranty for the main C-frame body, 7/24 online technical support and long-term supply of original spare parts.

  • What is the MOQ and standard lead time?

    The MOQ is 1 unit, supporting both sample orders and bulk procurement. Standard lead time for base configuration machines is 7-10 working days after order confirmation; for custom-configured machines, lead time is 15-30 working days, depending on customization requirements.
